The Boba series is currently not kept in stock. It is made to order, and production begins only after your order is confirmed.

The Boba series is ordered by the pallet. Each flavor requires an order of one full pallet before it can ship.

Q4. Where does it ship from? How long until I receive my order?
The Boba series ships directly from Taiwan.
Production takes 5 weeks, and shipping to the U.S. East Coast takes 7 weeks.
Q5. Can I request a sample first?
Boba samples are stored in Taiwan and are shipped separately from Taiwan.
Samples are free, and we cover the shipping cost. Samples ship within 3 weeks of your request.
Q6. Are there tiered prices? Is shipping free above a certain amount?
Tiered pricing does not apply to the Boba series, and neither does the free-shipping offer for orders over US$500. Please contact us for pricing and shipping costs.
Q7. What are the payment terms?
The Boba series requires a deposit up front. Production begins only after we receive your deposit.
Q8. Can I return or exchange items?
The Boba series is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns.
